CONCLUSION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
All orders are subject to availability. An order is not binding for SBA Wines before the buyer has received an order confirmation from SBA Wines. If the order confirmation deviates from the buyer’s order and if the buyer does not accept such de- viation, the buyer must in writing notify this to SBA Wines before the scheduled delivery.
PRICES
Prices are quoted per item in Myanmar Kyats. Quoted prices exclude 5% commercial tax. Latest published prices supersede previous offers. SBA Wines reserves the rights to revise its selling prices with notice before the scheduled delivery.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Order of MMK 200’000.- and above are eligible for free delivery. Delivery will be made to the buyer’s specified address within the 48 hours following the order confirmation. In the absence of the recipient during the delivery, the order is left pending until a new delivery is scheduled. For rescheduled delivery additional charges will apply.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Cash on delivery or prepayment by bank transfer. All our prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyats. Payment in US dollars are accepted at the exchange rate of the
payment date.
